Overview
In Communications, Paul Foley ( who is also admitted to practice in England ) has over eight years experience in advising communications companies on the regulatory issues involved in entering markets, has assisted operators on bids for 2G and 3G mobile licences , the negotiation of interconnection agreements in five countries, the structuring of communications offerings in the UK, including GPRS and data hosting offerings and all regulatory aspects of the pricing of communications services. The firm has acted for one of the major energy suppliers for many years and has extensive knowledge of the liberalised regime for Electricity and Gas introduced in July of 2004.
