Overview
We provide a full range of corporate legal services (as specified below), ranging from legal due diligence, advising on the purchase and sale of businesses, advising on investment agreements, advising major corporates on corporate governance, statutory compliance and on directors duties and liabilities, to legal aspects of public listings. We have extensive experience in advising financial services companies on compliance programmes in relation to the Companies Acts and technology start up companies in structuring their companies and their agreements with investors.
Start Up Companies: We offer a specific legal service to meet the legal requirements of start up companies and will for a specific fee, provide a range of documentation to enable the start- up company establish a basic corporate structure, structure its relationship with its shareholders, and structure its relationship with its first employees.
